Delighted to hand over on schedule with ‘Zero Defects’ certification achieved.
The scope of this office refurbishment project was to strip out the existing internal partitions, and reinstate new to suit the client’s required layout. The building was intended as a call-centre and administration office – so the critical path of the project centred on the IT and data cabling installation.
The project was managed under the new Ruggles & Jeffery 'Zero Defects' policy – the first work we had done under the new initiative.
So, both we and our client were equally delighted to hand over on schedule with ‘Zero Defects’ certification achieved.
A full redecoration, including the provision of new floorings and upgrade of the existing toilet facilities.
The most challenging aspect of the project, was to accommodate the finishing trades into working areas that had been vacated by the IT and Data contractors. Sequencing and Phasing proved a key part of our management strategy.
