About Ruggles & Jeffery Ltd Health and Safety All our operatives have passed their CSCS Health and Safety tests and attend regular refresher Health and Safety Training. Most operatives are qualified in First Aid (full four day course). We hold SAFEcontractor, Altius and Constructionline Accreditations and are fully committed to the Considerate Constructors Scheme. No matter how minor the nature of any works to be undertaken, every job, without exception, is Site Specific Risk Assessed before any works commence.
