The scope of works was for the full refurbishment of
the first floor male and female toilet accommodation. This included
new flooring, tiling, sanitary ware, cubicles, wall panelling,
vanity units and accessories, as well as new electrical, mechanical
and ventilation installations.
The project was handed over
on Tuesday 18th March and the client was delighted with quality
achieved. We had also managed to reduce the programme by one week
from the original 12 week period.
