We are operational again and wanted to let you know how things are moving forward.
Further to our Company Announcement of 24th March 2020, explaining the reasons why we were suspending our office and site operations, we are pleased to advise that our return to work planning is well developed and that we feel that now is the right time to start implementing our plans to manage a Safe Phased Return to Work Programme.
We are confident that, with our comprehensive COVID-19 Risk Assessment and revised procedures, all of which are based on latest Government advice, we can begin to open our offices and some sites where we are confident that everyone can work safely in a ‘COVID-19 Secure in 2020’ Workplace.
As all our staff return to work, they are receiving a copy of, and a comprehensive briefing on, our COVID-19 Risk Assessment to ensure that everyone is clear of what is required of them. During this briefing everyone will have the opportunity to ask questions, make suggestions and raise any concerns that they may have.
During those briefings staff are also being made aware of any additional client specific requirements that must be implemented in addition to our COVID-19 Risk Assessment controls.

We recognise that many of our clients’ plans for works would have been put on hold due to the lockdown. Our usual policy is for Estimates/Quotes to be valid for 30 days from the date of issue. However, we shall honour all Estimates/Quotes that we have provided since 1st January 2020 unless there have been very exceptional increases in material/supplier costs.
