We were delighted to secure this major ground work project for A.S. Watson at their Superdrug Distribution Centre in Dunstable. The project scope was to create a new lorry park at the rear of the existing Centre, in an area previously used as a staff car park.
Our A.S. Watson client KPI score was 95% and our Euro Safe average score, spread across four audit visits was calculated at 96%. The client was very pleased with the finished project.
We removed the car park and re-graded the ground before installing the new strengthened concrete to form the new lorry park area. We also installed the new perimeter fencing and sundry finishes.
