The efforts of the site team particularly in the last week of the project was a credit to all involved.
To completely refurbish the store incorporating new flooring, display and merchandising units, counters, columns and decorations. To rearrange the existing merchandising layout whist keeping the store trading without disruption.
A successful project was completed and handed over to the client on time.
Fast track detailed and sequenced programming working over night between 2200hrs and 0530hrs seven days a week over a four week period
