Undertaking full redecoration, our team set to work building new partitions in line with the client’s new layout requirements.
Another project to be managed on a tight timescale, with no availability of extra time, four weeks was allocated to fully refurbish the ground floor office space of the Remploy’s Sheffield-based Synergy Building, requiring a variety of different trades.
Acting as main and principal contractor for this design and build project we had the office space operational and ready to use in just four weeks.
Undertaking full redecoration, our team set to work building new partitions in line with the client’s new layout requirements, and partially replaced floor coverings and suspended ceilings. The new layout also required the building of new communication and meeting rooms, including a full reconfiguration of the electrical, mechanical and data installations.
