Our longest-standing client, Lloyds TSB, selected us to negotiate this project to construct a brand-new branch inside an existing empty retail unit in Woolwich High Street.
As main and principal contractor we managed this fast-track, complex and high-profile project from start to finish, completing the branch within nine-weeks.
Testing our project management skills, the new branch required demolition and structural works right through to developing and building the new layout, security, data and counter line installations, and the eventual high-quality finishing.
