Eight weeks to refurbish a 3800m2 office space – with absolutely no additional time available. The new offices were set to be occupied straight after our completion date, so planning and efficiency would play a key role in the project.
Despite the high volume of work and the tight timescales, we completed the project on programme. Another happy client, and an office space that the newly-moved-in workers can be proud of.
As part of a full redecoration, we replaced all floor coverings on the ground and first floor levels. The existing partitions were demolished and sections of the existing suspended ceiling were subsequently repaired, new partition systems were installed and all of the toilet and welfare facilities were stripped out and fully refurbished.
