The task at hand was building a new medical suite while also refurbishing a central courtyard. Keeping disruption to a minimum would be key, in order to maintain the privacy and comfort of hostel residents.
With the twin aspects of the project completed, our client was naturally delighted. Not only that, but the hostel residents can be proud of the new areas, which will serve them for many years to come.
A new, purpose-made shelter was added as the centrepiece to the courtyard works. This was a joinery construction which included specialist metal work, plastic and acrylic components.
In six weeks, both the refurbishment and medical suite were completed – with disruption kept minimal thanks to advanced planning and careful forethought.
