Our direct works included the development of brand new mezzanine floors, while we also took charge of enabling works, attendances and site management.
Our client assembled a team of Partnering Suppliers with the required expertise to ensure perfect delivery of this multi million pound Power Upgrade project. As Principal Contractor, we were responsible for on-site operations.
The Lloyds TSB Project Team were delighted with the results - in particular the commitment to programme (where all the important phasing dates and deadlines were met without fail).
The power upgrade works were carried out direct to the client by their preferred electrical contractor. We, however, were responsible for all the associated builder’s works – which proved high intensity and high volume.
Our direct works included the development of brand new mezzanine floors, while we also took charge of enabling works, attendances and site management.
We were ultimately responsible for the programming and progress of the works, crucial to the successful on-time handover.
