A prestigious project for Lloyds TSB, we were asked to take on this second phase of a tendered development, involving the creation of 110 car parking spaces by increasing the existing car park capacity.
A full-service project, we were responsible for the full groundwork and drainage package in addition to lighting, security, landscaping, fencing, planting and line marking. Despite having to overcome issues with drainage, the project was fully completed within the original eight-week timeframe.
Acting as main and principal contractor for the entire project, our team encountered various issues including building-control requirements that prevented the connection of drainage into existing adjacent storm water drains. The team’s solution was to design and build independent soak ways.
