The Challenge.

Lloyds TSB came to us for a complete refurbishment of a large, first-floor office space, which would involve our teams working on the floors, ceilings, layouts and electrical systems.

Results.

A full-service refurbishment requiring careful project management, the office's new occupants moved in as soon as we had moved out.

The Solution.

The scope of works included a full redecoration and replacement of all floor coverings and suspended ceilings. The existing partitions were demolished and new partition systems were installed to suit the client's new layout, including new meeting rooms and communications rooms.

The project also included a reconfiguration of the mechanical, electrical and data installations. While carried out by outside sources, even these elements were under our management as we were Principal Contractor for the project.
