QuoteA superbly phased and managed project within an occupied residential home delivering a finish to be very proud of

The Challenge.

This project involved the full internal refurbishment of a sixty four bedroom care home and was similar to the refurbishment running concurrently at Larkland House, Ascot. All non-service communal areas were refurbished including dining rooms, lounges, corridors, assisted bathrooms, assisted toilets and day rooms. All sixty four bedrooms were also refurbished and the existing En-suite bathrooms to all rooms were converted to wet rooms with assisted showers.

Results.

Delighted service users, client management and staff alike, who experienced minimum disruption throughout the planned thirty six week programme period.

The Solution.

The bedroom and En-suite part of the works constituted the critical path of the refurbishment programme; the communal areas were programmed to run concurrently with each floor being its own phase within the programme. We also carried out some landscaping to the grounds and the main entrance was refurbished, including the installation of new automated doors and the removal of the internal lobby.
